A Helpdesk Supervisor with experience of SQL programming skills is required by our client based in Hook, Hampshire. A salary of up to £30,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.
The Helpdesk Supervisor will be responsible for running the customer support helpdesk and the helpdesk analyst covering 1st and 2nd line support. You will manage support tickets ensuring each query is understood, assessed and resolved within the agreed SLAs.
As Helpdesk Supervisor you will identify and recommend improvements and changes to the online Helpdesk System as well as maintain ducmentation and provide reports for management.
The Helpdesk Supervisor will work with the Technical Services Team to analyse, resolve and test complex bugs.
- Strong Helpdesk Support experience
- Strong SQL Application Support skills
- Oracle or SQL Server RDBMS skills
- Supervisory skills (non essential)
